1. My 1st DNF in any races, that why it is a long delay posting this entry.
2. Didn’t really comprehend this challenge until climbed the first hill. DAMN TOUGH!
3. This is NOT for a beginner! The 30km trails is not only super duper challenging but dangerous as well! One wrong move in the forest, a certain death awaits!
4. 1st experience carrying Camelbak, carried 2 litres of 100 Plus and refill twice.
5. Emptied four powergels and few Mars Bars.
6. Seen some runners carried a bottle of water with them, few others even had the courage not carrying anything.
7. Some of the boulders we had to climb was as big a car.
8. This route was a dense virgin jungle which was cleared by the Army few days before the event.
9. You not only need strong running legs but upper body strength plus rock climbing skill to slay this event.
10. Had some scars and handful of torn lodged on both of my palms. Hardcore! Yim is the winner for this body mutilation category!
11. Completed 21km in 6 hours 45 minutes before the Marshall stopped me at check point C2.
12. Will be back next year with crash helmet, gloves and knee pads.
Takpe bro. Ni level test water dulu. Next year memang kena bawak gadget. Or perhaps bawak bulldozer terus kasi rata bukit bukau tu.
