saya lebih kurang mcm abang masa 2010...chubby lari pun ke laut...hahaha...dah setahun lari tapi badan still rasa mcm berat...betul ke ia ambik masa untuk jadi slim mcm abang 2013 skrg?as long as saya keep running,swimming,biking..badminton,tennis semua ah..tapi makan pakai makan je...hahaha...apa komen abang?

Deleteseriously, calories intake should be lower than calories out thru exercise.
Exercise don't give you licence to eat all you want, moderation is the key. Happy exercising and running :)
