Are you ready?

LIFE IS SHORT, RUNNING MAKES IT LONGER – Anon

It’s a few more hours before race day, by now most of us are resting, hydrating, carbo-loading, restless and itching for the flag off so we can run searching for the morning glory. In a few more hours we’ll soon find out the training hours we gone through gonna be worth every minutes and kilometres.

For those about to rock run (for the first time – virgin runners), i salute each and everyone of you, whether its 5km, 10km, Half Marathon or Full Marathon. You’re a special breed and remember it’s a race against none other than yourself, forget the timing! forget other runners! It’s you against the rest of the world which do not believe you have the courage and determination to complete your race. I know each and everyone of you will prove them wrong!

Good luck peeps and have fun running, i will have to sacrifice my world cup games tonite, gotta hit the sack early right after isya’, hopefully before nine pm and probably woke up around 3 am. For some reasons, i’m excited but NOT nervous, is that a bad sign or somethin? Please gimme somethin to be nervous about…none. We’ll try again soon tonite, hope to see all you peeps out there tomorrow.
