Official Chap Ayam Runners

Today i am officially a Chap Ayam Runners with CAR #121 number. Special thanks to CAR #47, Zulkipli Galeh who invited and promoted this runners club to me. In addition, CAR #1 – Mr. Club Secretary – Hailmi was a great help in forwarding me the application form and explaining about the club. Basically, this club promotes running and training for local competitions, it’s better to train with friends – more motivations than doing it alone! My next run will be the Putrajaya Night Marathon this coming 6th February, hopefully i will met with felllow ayam runners at this event. Until then, more training coming my way.

Half Marathon

Today i registered for my first ever half marathon, 21km of pains and endurance torture run! It’s the first annual Putrajaya Night Marathon. I decided to up the ante for this run, hopefully this will be a wise decision… or not! The closing date for this run is on 25th January 2010, you can get the form for Putrajaya Night Marathon from Wisma OCM in Jalan Hang Jebat, KL and concurrently register there as i did.
