TNF100 Australia 2015 (Video)

Highlights of the recent concluded TNF100 Australia.

Yours truly made a cameo appearance at the beginning of this video.

Feeling jittery and cold at the front of the start line, but definitely couldn't wait for the race to start.

Salomon X-Scream 3D Shoes Official Launch

One of the perks of being a Salomon Athlete is that you get to test the latest shoes & gears before it hit the stores.

One pair of brand new Salomon X-Scream 3D shoes was given to me last year (September 2014) for testing, review and feedback purposes.

What better way to test the new shoes than put it through the full marathon distance road race. In my case, a back to back Full Marathon at Brussels Marathon and Budapest Marathon (a week later).

The shoes exceeded my expectation, it's light, responsive and mostly comfortable for my feet to endure the entire 42km distance.

Last Saturday, the Salomon X-Scream 3D shoes was offcially launch in Malaysia.

The Teacher (Video)

Salomon Running TV Season 4 Episode 4

Stevie Kremer is a second grade teacher from the small idyllic mountain town of Crested Butte, Colorado. She also happens to be considered one of the worlds top trail runners. In this episode she gives us a glimpse into balancing her life, her competitive streak and her love for teaching.

From dead last to kicking ass, Stevie Kremer is my favourite teacher in the whole of Colorado.
