I recorded a new PB in my 3rd attempt at Half Marathon, i’m so glad that i rested and recovered stronger from my previous injuries.
My new Injinji socks and Heel Seat did help me running painless and faster this time :-)
Finally i won some prize in running, did i made it to stage? Yes i did and i dedicate this personal feat to Yim, Ziff, Syed, June Malik and others fallen RBU comrade. Hope all of you will recover soon and come back running strong!
